Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication). Firebase is certified under ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3, and complies with GDPR.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus 2 years thereafter for legal and support purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

By accessing skilloraenglish.com, creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "User") and Skillora English ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Rafiz Sarker, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Enrollment Process:
Access Duration: All current courses provide lifetime access to recorded lessons and PDF materials from the date of enrollment, subject to the platform remaining operational. Live Zoom class recordings will be available for the duration of your access.
Live Classes: Live Zoom sessions are held on a scheduled basis. You are responsible for attending live classes. If you miss a live session, recordings will be made available. Skillora English reserves the right to reschedule live classes with reasonable notice.
Course Updates: New lessons and materials may be added to courses free of charge for enrolled students. We may also revise or remove content as the curriculum evolves.
All content on Skillora English — including but not limited to video lessons, PDF notes, worksheets, course structure, written articles, and the Skillora English name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Skillora English / Rafiz Sarker.

Upon completing all lessons in a course, students receive a Skillora English Certificate of Completion. The certificate:
We reserve the right to revoke certificates if the account used to complete the course is found to have violated these Terms.
Skillora English provides English language education. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as fluency levels, IELTS scores, employment outcomes, or visa approvals. Individual results vary based on prior knowledge, effort, and practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillora English shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Skillora English shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us directly. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We stand behind the quality of our courses. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your payment being verified and course access being granted.
No questions asked. No lengthy forms. Just message us on WhatsApp within 7 days and we will process your full refund. We may ask for brief feedback to improve our courses, but providing it is not a condition for the refund.

Refunds are issued in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) to the same or specified bKash/Nagad number. We do not issue refunds in cash or to bank accounts.

We understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances — such as serious illness, family emergency, or significant technical failures on our end — we may consider refund requests beyond the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis. These are evaluated entirely at our discretion.

Courses purchased with coupon codes or at a discounted price are refunded at the actual amount paid, not the original price. Coupons are not reissued after a refund.
This guarantee exists because we believe in our courses and want students to enrol with confidence, not anxiety. Over 7,000 students have taken our courses and the vast majority complete them satisfied — but we know every student is different.
